It is with great pleasure that the Inn at Black Star Farms is delighted to welcome the community back to the Inn for an appropriately distanced Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 4th.

The multi-generational brunch will be served family style at your party’s private table in the spacious Aquarius ballroom inside the Inn.

Guests may reserve tables for up to 6 guests beginning at 9:30, with the last seating at 2:00.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! 🍀✨ I hope you all have been celebrating safely and enjoying the holiday to its fullest!

While some may be drinking green beer and whiskey, we chose to toast the day with a Manhattan 🥃 made with our Spirit of Apple Brandy 🍏 and Sirius Cherry dessert wine 🍒. Visit our blog for the recipe!

As promised, we are happy to announce that @diverlin is our winner for last Friday’s giveaway! As a reminder, the question was why do we prune in the spring and why is it important? 🤔 In the shortest answer possible, our wine maker Lee Lutes had this to say “Pruning is the best way to help keep the vine balanced for growth, for quality-fruit productivity and for long term maintenance. We prune in the spring to set the vine up in the best way for the coming growing season.”
