Romancing the Riesling

February 15, 2020 @ 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

This annual event celebrates “the grape that defines white wine” and the varietal our region is best known for.

Attendees are invited to visit the ten distinct wineries along the Old Mission Peninsula Wine Trail to taste their top Rieslings – of which recent awards include best in the world, and scores of 93+ points from other highly respected international reviews! Each wine is perfectly paired with a delicious small bite. Even before the first sip, the wine trail drive between the bays is romantic in itself, in every season.

Any additional questions can be directed to Chateau Grand Traverse at 231-223-7355.

Tickets go on sale December 17 at 9:00 am and include all 10 food and wine pairings and a souvenir glass. Designated Driver tickets are also available for purchase, for $25. (DD ticketholders do not receive a souvenir glass, but tickets do include food and non-alcoholic beverages.)

When you purchase your ticket, you will choose your starting winery location. Your souvenir wine glass, which includes 15 oz of wine will be waiting for you at this location. After you leave your chosen winery starting point, you can select which tasting rooms you would like to visit during the event. If you would like to schedule and purchase transportation for your group, please click the link to shuttle and bus recommendations below. The wineries will not provide guests any type of transportation.

The OMP Wine Trail encourages you to drink responsibly.
