Experience Château Chantal’s third annual “Pinot Celebration Wine Dinner”!

Our Pinot focus wine education dinner will take your palate on a delectable journey – experience the pleasure behind food and Pinot. From Grigio to Noir you will enjoy 6 courses carefully designed to enhance the highlights of each. Each course of the dinner will pair synergistically with a wine hand-selected by our vintner. 

Satiate your palate with dishes paired harmoniously with Pinot wines.

This price includes food, wine, tax and tip.

FIRST COURSE: Morel Mushroom “Cappuccino” Truffle Espuma

Morel Mushroom and Wild Mushroom soup topped with a Truffle Foam

Wine pairing: Pinot Noir

 

SECOND COURSE: Pot -au-Feu

Braised Rabbit, Applewood smoked Bacon, Pork Roast and Veal

stewed with seasonal Root Vegetables and Cannellini Beans in a hearty Veal stock

Wine pairing: Proprietor’s Reserve Pinot Gris

 

Intermezzo: Local Blackberry and Pinot Noir Sorbetto

 

FOURTH COURSE: Duck Confit and Wild Mushroom Ravioli

Cracked Black Pepper Pasta stuffed with Duck Confit, Shallots, Wild Mushrooms

finished with Pinot Noir soaked Cherry Sauce

Wine pairing: Proprietor’s Reserve Pinot Noir

 

FIFTH COURSE: Stuffed Provimi Veal Loin

Veal Loin stuffed with Baby Spinach, Boursin Cheese and herbed Panko breadcrumb

over Creamy Tomato Risotto with Pinot Blanc Glace di Viande

Wine pairing: Pinot Blanc

 

DESSERT COURSE: Strawberry Mille – Feuille

Buttery Layers of Pastry Dough filled with Strawberry Coulis

Bavarian and Chantilly Cream with Fresh Mint
